I would suggest you look for originals.
on ebay also search for:
cord* saturn
infra* saturn
wirel* saturn

just copy and paste this:

I have two of the wireless Naki Saturn controllers shown in the second auction and would never go back to the wired saturn controller that came with the system they are great and responsive and the battery lasts a long time 2AAAs. I highly recommend them.

They have a pair of the wireless Naki ones brand new for $18 at my local shop, always wondered about them...

I thought it was pretty cheaply made and not very good. The digital pad sux and you have to be directly in front of the sensor for it to work. The battery time was alright. I bought it for 6 dollars new so I guess I can't complain. You get what you paid for.
