I believe the Xbox "duke" controller is testament to the larger is better thinking.

You lead us up to this epic battle between two main characters, then do this "shoosh" and "pap" routine? And then you update with one of these silly panels every twenty minutes?

I know that hits close to home, dsheinem. But it is true. I have some longbox games, but I kind of hate them. If a game was re-issued in standard jewel case, I prefer it. Although there's an exception -- I really like the longboxes that were either a tougher black plastic with artwork placed on them as a sticker, or the cardboard longboxes.
