Just installed supercade but have a problem. I pointed the rom folder to my mame rom directory but I get an essential, program, and graphic data error with many games. My roms are all current and work in mame (0.143u2) any suggestions to fix this problem?

Are they all zipped up? And do they have the right name? I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't work, as all the ones that work in MAME also work in Supercade (not always true vice versa, though...).

some older or newer revision of roms won't work with supercade. gotta get the right version supercade supports. i recommend going to other rom sites and trying them out.

That's what I was afraid of. Here is the one for Hyper Street Fighter 2:
"hsf2.zip was found (\roms\hsf2.zip).

The following ROMs are invalid:
- essential program ROM hs2a.03 was not found.
- essential program ROM hs2a.04 was not found.

The ROMset exhibits the following problems:
- essential data is missing, the game will not run!
- program data is missing."

Here is the error for Marvel VS Capcom:
"mvsc.zip was found (\roms\mvsc.zip).

The following ROMs are invalid:
- essential program ROM mvce.03 was not found.
- essential program ROM mvce.04 was not found.
- essential program ROM mvc.05 was not found.
- essential program ROM mvc.06 was not found.

The ROMset exhibits the following problems:
- essential data is missing, the game will not run!
- program data is missing."

Most of the errors look the same.
I would love to see a pack of games specifically for Supercade on UG...
