looking at it the buttons are probably just like normal controller buttons with a pcb and rubber plungers (for lack of the correct term)
if you're ok with that, i'd ask if you want it for fighers, shooters, or both. I don't like analog arcade sticks for fighting games (i feel like it delays your moves), but for a shooer i could certainly see the purpose.

the real arcade pro 2 is worth every penny, especially if you upgrade the buttons yourself (really easy, less than $20 for 8 sanwa buttons if you know where to look). It already comes with a sanwa joystick, and dropping in sanwa buttons is a simple direct swap. for the record, the buttons it comes with are incredibly responsive, but just a little too "squishy" feeling for true stick fanatics.
