These games I got from a friend of my wife's. She had a yard sale over the weekend and these video game didn't sell, so she knew I was into old video games and gave them to me for free. Sometimes it pays off to not be shy about your interests:
Image
Tekken (PS1 - disc and long manual - the image in the jewel case is cut out from a magazine I think)
Tekken 2 (PS1 - complete)
Tekken 3 (PS1 - complete)
NHL 2000 (PS1 - complete)
NHL 2001 (PS1 - complete)
Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage (PS1 - disc only - I think this might be too damaged to play)
Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha (PS1 - complete)

Everything else here I got from the Mormon thrift store, Deseret Industries:
Image
ColecoVision Game Console - $10 - with gigantic AC adapter, RF cord and both controllers. Unfortunately I don't own a Colecovision game and the system does not have an LED power light, so I'm not sure if it works yet. Any one have a ColecoVision game they want to trade for cheap?

Outlaw Golf: 9 More Holes of X-Mas ($3 - XBOX - no manual - for some reason I love the idea of playing Christmas themed video games on Christmas Eve. Christmas NiGHTS is the only other one I can think of)
Dynasty Warriors 5 ($3 - XBOX - complete)
Toughman Contest ($2 - Genesis - complete - weird looking game that looks like Super Punch-Out!, but probably much worse)
James "Buster" Douglas Knockout Boxing ($2 - Genesis - complete - I love these Genesis launch games like this and Last Battle, all about having gigantic sprites while being terrible)
Tecmo Super Baseball ($2 - Genesis - complete)
Air Diver ($2 - Genesis - complete)
James Bond 007: The Duel ($2 - Genesis - complete)
Mortal Kombat ($2 - Genesis - no manual)
Altered Beast ($2 - Genesis - complete)
Fantasia ($2 - Genesis - no manual)
Golden Axe ($2 - Genesis - complete - SEGA Classic version)
Rolling Thunder 3 ($2 - Genesis - cartridge)
Cool Spot ($0.50 - SNES - cartridge)
Tetris & Dr. Mario ($0.50 - SNES - cartridge)
Tetris Attack ($0.50 - SNES - cartridge)
Wayne Gretzky 3D Hockey 98 ($2 - N64 - cartridge)
NHL Breakaway 99 ($2 - N64 - cartridge)
Super Game Boy ($3 - SNES - cartridge)
Tecmo Super Bowl III ($3 - SNES - no manual)
Kirby's Dream Land 2 ($5 - Game Boy - cartridge)
Mortal Kombat II and Mortal Kombat 3 manuals (SNES - free - they were in the Tecmo Super Bowl box)
WWE Hell in a Cell DVD set ($5)
Ghost Rider: The Visual Guide book ($2)
The Flash: The Secret of Barry Allen graphic novel ($1)

A complete copy of Popful Mail for the Sega CD - free!

My local arcade has some retro consoles in the back and a bunch of games on display, (for console-themed nights once in awhile.) I was talking with the owner for a bit and after inquiring about Popful Mail, he said I could have it in exchange for some MVS carts I am trying to get rid of.. The game even had the "memory formatting" card underneath the disc-tray!
They just earned a loyal customer for LIFE! 8)

I assume you got it for the 2 carts that were on your thread - if so, you did VERY well sir!

Pretty much! I figured since they've got a 4-slot MVS that I'd offer up my two MVS carts. Even though they run one of those 100-in-1 carts, I'm hoping they throw the games in so I can play the actual ROMs!

A local RPG pickup for the day. Paid a decent bit for them, but some great additions to my collection, and the duplicate Breath of Fire, FF2, FF3 CIB, and FVII go into my b/s/t thread along with the now extra mana and gaia carts.

...Yesterday I found a complete copy at GameXChange for 5 somethin, but the resurfacing machine shattered the disc... so I got the case and manual for free.

Picked up Tiger Woods Pga '10 off ebaY for $2.75. No case , but it has the manual and the disc is supposed to be "very good". Over all I 've been dying for a good golfing game for the Wii.
