All I know is...the yolk is the life source of the chick that to be created. If you fry or cook your eggs then you lose nutrients like anything else you cook. Personally, I fry my eggs overeasy, not because it's healthier, it's my preference and so much more yolky goodness! xD!!

That's not exactly true. It's how you cook a food that can lead to the loss of nutrients; cooking does not always lead to the loss of nutrients. Frying a sweet potato is a lot different than baking one.
