Oh yeah, I forgot about that one too! And I agree, its wicked fricken hard. Master Higgins really needs to jump better that little bastard.
been playing every night. Still can't beat 2-1. Which is kind of ridiculous.

if that's the level over water with jumping octopi, yeah, i second that. i still can't pass that level either

Replaying a lot of old favorites: Mario Bros. series for NES and the Sonic series for Genesis. Picked up Taz Mania @ a flea market this weekend, so I've been playing that too!

Rayman on the Game Boy Color. Very awesome indeed. Similar to the console version: same types of environments, and mostly the same enemies, but completely different levels. Very fun to play, and almost just as challenging.

One thing I've noticed though. I'm halfway through the game and there hasn't been a single boss fight yet.

Currently addicted to Terraria. Did I mention it's addicting? It's kinda like making a nest in Sim-Ant but it's an action RPG with Minecraft-(never played it)-like terraforming and MMO like resource gathering and item crafting. It also offers online PVP battling and co-op play. It's incredibly well built and balanced, and the boss battles are long and epic. It's also incredibly cheap! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Terraria: Sand is overpowered.

Super Mario Bros 2 on the GBA. One of those rare Nintendo remakes that actually adds to the gameplay in a very good way. Awesome indeed.

Donkey Kong Country: Returns. This has to be one of the toughest games I've ever played.

I'm a little behind the times, but I got the Humble Indie bundle so now I'll probably start on Braid and VVVVVV.
