What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Also, did you see her in Masters of Horror Presents: The Fair-Haired Child?

Not yet, but I'll put it on my queue.

Never has luggage throwing been so hilarious.

I watched that movie in an NC theater that is still (not lawfully) segregated. Not kidding. Separate entrances and siting for "black folks". Cage vs. Scorpion was definitely the highlight; well that besides the awful acting and Raiden sounding like Dom DeLuise.

It was weird. All the african americans were expected to sit in the balcony. I was surprised there weren't segregated water fountains.

Think not?:

Actually, that link you posted suggests that the building is no longer used as a movie theater.

I always wonder how places that "unlawfully" segregate to this day and age don't get picketed, shut down, burned down, etc. I'd like to think that their racist policies are part of the reason the theater was finally forced to vacate the building.

Since this thread kinda doubles as general movie discussion, has anyone else seen the pic of Heny Cavill in the Superman costume for Man of Steel?

What do you guys think? It isn't really what I was expecting, but honestly I'm not sure what I was expecting. Looks a lot better than the Superman Returns costume for sure. I think I like it pretty well overall. His hair is missing the curl. That bugs me. Hope it's just this photo.

Henry Cavill is BUILT, goddamn. He actually has Superman muscles.

I'm really really hoping this movie turns out good. Nolan's producing it and apparently keeping a close watch on things so hopefully...

I haven't been to the Center Theater since high school, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was even shut down and closed by now.Other than being segregated, I don't remember much about the place other than getting to third base with Jessica Howarth when I was in the 7th grade.

Might watch GANDHI again tonight.
