I haven't used the USB Loading. Just HD Loader.
Multi-region, I'm referring to the process of creating a McBoot card. In the past, you could not create a PAL region card using NTSC McBoot.

ehh, don't eed to worry about that. i am way over in cali, the pond is 3k miles away. i edit files so the ps2 loads a skin from player 2 automatically.
