Think you have to hold it in. You should see a little icon on the left when it is sending.

I didn't get it. I'm in no rush. Truthfully it doesn't look like my kind of game. But next time I'm at a GS that has it, I'll grab it since it's so cheap. But yeah. Borderlands looks more my style.
