Anyone going to EVO or watching the streams?

Post by zxqdms »

I'm not going, but I'll definitely be watching. It's the biggest fighting game tournament of the year, so if you're into fighting games and want to see how some of the best players play the game, you should check it out. It starts tomorrow (Friday July 29) at 8 am PST. More info here: http://evo2k.com/

Thats my weekend plan. Get a case, get some friends, fire up the projector and watch the hype! Gotta root for my NC and East coast players! I usally watch the streams for all the majors, at the very least, the finals.

Did anyone watch the Mike Ross docu on G4?

I will tune in for some of the stream. This is the first year since they started streaming that I will not be off on Sunday to watch the finals. :(

Hopefully it will be slow at work.

I'll be watching today and tomorrow. Gonna miss the final day because I'm heading out of town which is kinda shitty.

Yes, it was pretty good. There's lots of footage as him as a kid. I would be crazy embarrassed if everyone could just watch my family videos.

Poongko's Seth to Daigo's Yun in SSFIV:AE. Unreal levels of domination on Poongko's part.
Still, he's made a sneaky comeback in loser's brackets.
