Free game for going Gold

FWIW - I'm about to activate my gold account and found out I can get a free game (Heavy Weapon) for doing so. You have to upgrade from silver to gold between April 9 and 22, then sign in online to get a code.

I played a little of that game it was fun but not worth 10 bucks

I don't know anything about it. Never even downloaded the demo before. Hopefully it will be worth free.

For me, Heavy Weapon is one of my favorite XBLA games. The intensity of it is great, especially in later levels. It's not that hard to beat, but the multiplayer and survival modes really give it replay value. Four-player survival is fun fun fun.
