Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
one of my favorite finds was actually heading to Media Replay and buying the PSOne the smaller whitish looking one with a white screen. It even came with the white controller and the PSOne bag that supplies the adapter and everything. That big huge set all together cost me $30 and I sold it for $100 ( I honest to goodness wanted to keep it but I got bills to pay unfortunately which this is one of the ways I make that little extra revenue to make things easy for myself )TheClassicVideoGamer wrote:AdamGomez1987 wrote:now you guys are making me want to go garage sales again. There was a time I bought Knuckles Chaotix, I was still in its box with the manual and everything included as well as various game systems and other games and everything I paid $60
the funny story of this is that when I sold it on ebay, that one game alone covered my purchase, the rest was pure profit.
Yeah except this was a resale shop... and this guy seemed to know what he had, or atleast an alright idea that games like Mario and Contra are more desired games. He said he buys them for 50 cents each at garage sales, so 1.50 an NES cart is 300% profit for him lol.

I think I paid around $5 for mine off ebay a while back also. Plus shipping then.TheClassicVideoGamer wrote:Any idea what I can charge for sealed official Genesis AV cables?First Party sealed? Damn i thought 8 or 10$5. That's what I paid for mine off Amazon.]
I think I lost out on the box (but they're cables, couldn't care less) so if you picture those, i bet you could make almost half of your investment back.
I'm interested in the Genesis 3 btw
