I'm not sure someone organized enough to be building a proper collection of any one thing would fall into the real definition of a hoarder. Maybe someone who compulsively acquired any game they could with absolutely no discretion - duplicates, games nobody wants, etc. Done to a self-destructive degree, that'd be similar to bibliomania, which is a subtype of hoarding.J T wrote: But whether you've watched it or not, when do you think a collector crosses the line into becoming a hoarder?
Otherwise...no...putting yourself in massive debt for sake of collecting in most cases would simply be irresponsible. Hoarders don't tend to latch onto things that actually have value, so they probably wouldn't spend like the guy in the episode did.
