What's your PCs name?
I've always named my main systems over the years GhettoTron.
The name doesn't make much sense these days because it's a pretty solid build, but back when I built my first machine on chore money (and some X-Mas donation money), I started down the path of ghetto-looking computers. I put all my money into getting decent specs, while going with this shittiest shell I could find. Of course its flimsy materials almost immediately started breaking anytime I removed or installed any component, so as time went on, I was always rigging up improvised solutions for torn-out screw holes, cracks in plastic, lack of fan/drive spaces, stuff like that. Something was always going wrong too, so I usually had the side panels off just to save time and effort. Anyone who looked at it just assumed it was a busted piece of shit, until I turned it on and showed them what it could run.

Server1, Bedroom, "Ziggurat", iBook, and lappy
and for some reason the PC at my work is called "Tom"... what ever.
I know what you mean moz, the one called Ziggurat is this tiny little barebone case... It has one of those U shaped covers that comes off to get inside and I can't have it on. If I do the video card overheats, AND the video card blocks air flow for the CPU which is tight inside this tiny little spot. I have a fan stuck on the top with zip ties to blow directly on the CPU to give an extra boost to the already weird looking heatsink it has.
If I keep it on for more then a few hours and then turn it off (say just to reboot because I installed something new), I have to take a floor fan and stick it in front of the computer for 10 minutes before it will boot back up. If not it tries to boot in 1.4ghz mode (the actual speed of the CPU), where for some reason the mobo only likes it when it runs at 2.8ghz. Low and behold the north chip of the mobo is only supposed to support up to 2.4ghz.
wtf?
Hence "Ziggurat", I think it is ironic.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

my computer has just been named Scare Pair Main.
The scare pair name comes from mario party if you have a certain 2 people on your team in party mode, and we had this tradition among friends where we'd always start a mario party game at like 2am, same 4 people and teams were always the same. even when we always lost we boasted "Scare Pair, son." Following this our iPod were named Scare Pair One and Scare Pair Two, I've since sold the iPod and haven't replaced it.
Regardless I feel if my computer has same it should be scare pair related, I thought about Scare Pair Portable, but I mean an iPod is much more portable than a laptop. I also thought about Scare Pair Three, but you can't have three in a pair. For now its Scare Pair Main, unless someone comes up with a better end word to follow Scare Pair.
