Hey, I went back to my folks place today after many years and am cleaning out all of my old stuff, selling what I can. I was shocked to find out how much DC stuff I actually had (some with original packing). So I was wondering how much You guys think I could get for it as a Lot? I'm thinking either ebay or craigslist, but Might sell it to a retro shop in town I am very fond of. Thanks.

You're probably going to need to include a few games with the system, then break most of the games into a few lots to maximise what you can get. Too much in a big lot and people will have to have a pile of cash available for a splurge and it is more likely there will be games they already have or aren't interested in, so are unwilling to spend money on.

I think $100-$120 would be a fair deal for that lot

Cut out the ebay fees and auction it here.
Did you play CDRs on it at all?

I am definitely not opposed to doing that. And no, I have never played a CD-R or other burned media on this dreamcast. About the time I learned that was possible, I also learned that it hurt the system considerably.
