If someone is trying to charge you $30 for an expansion pak, tell them to go pound sand. I can get them for $10-15 locally and there are many sources online that will sell you a new third party version for much less than $30, such as this: http://www.ztnetstore.com/product_info. ... cts_id/170
There are probably less expensive places to buy them, that's just one quick example I found.
Screw the haters, I loved Goemon for the n64. A big sprawling zelda-like adventure with an interesting sense of humor and just all around fun game play. In fact, i know I'd play that over perfect dark myself. PD is good though, bond 2.0 if you will. the only downside is the slowdown.
Perfect Dark is definetly worth it, if you have old school friends then you will definetly be playing this one for a while. I still play Perfect Dark quite regularly with my mates. The only pain in playing this game is with the technical issues (the frame rate in multiplayer etc) and the N64 pad, otherwise its gold.
I find this game so interesting because it was so ahead of it's time, now days you never see these sort of games which draw everything last scrap of power from a console.
