I think the brand name is Baijia. I buy these from a Chinese Supermarket and they are easily my favorite ramen. The noodles are made from sweet potato and the spicy sauce is fucking amazing. There are many different flavors and all of them are fantastic.

I generally rate them by the number of favor packs. If it includes fried onion/garlic packs it's good regardless of whether it's ramen or vermicelli noodles. The best is buying steamed ramen noodles and making it yourself, with fresh pickled garlic fried in the oil you're preparing the meat and ramen in, but if you do it instant, "nong shim" is pretty damn good. Like I said, my camera is gone, so it'll take a day or so to photograph my collection...

Number One Ichiban, original Red pack.

I like these ones a lot. But like Hobie said, I like to try different ones and can't keep track.

I often mix in shrimp along with some mixed veggies (pea pods, baby corn, etc) and usually some extra soy + ginger. Easy and delicious meal.

That's my favorite brand, although not my favorite flavor. I like the Spicy Seafood flavor. Koreans make the best ramen noodles. My local Walmart started carrying that brand, so I can have them pretty often.

Regular macaroni or spaghetti for me. They are already quite "instant".

Try putting the Raw egg AFTER the steaming hot noodles are poured in the bowl. YUM YUM!

Does that actually cook the egg at all, or does it just stay raw?
