Hm. Perhaps I haven't studied similar situations enough, but from what I remember a lot of the people who joined "boycott L4D2 and boycott Modern Warfare 2", just ended up buying both those games (on release day).
So if people are finding so easy to "join" a cause, I find it disappointing that the group only has 20.000 members. I'd expect more people to join the group than buy it (heck my cousin join the group, cause he read an article on giant bomb about the cancelation) but he doesn't plan to ever buy a 3DS.
Though it's a positive sigh that the fans are being so vocal about it. Who knows. Perhaps just for once we'll be able to win. If only Kenji was still at Capcom :'(

The group is less than 72 hours old. Maybe that should be taken into account?
But don't get me wrong - I don't think for a second that this will change Mega Man Legends 3's fate. It's shit canned for good, most likely. But Capcom is heading down a pretty shitty road and it would do the company some good to stop for a second and see what the fans (i.e. the people who pay the bills) are saying.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

1 post, 1 link, didn't bother writing properly (several instances in the short post), didn't bother reading the thread. I'm not saying he is advertising stuff to make money as the link is on-topic and so on, but it is still spam as far as I'm concerned. He dropped the link in and I doubt he ever comes back to the forums. But hope that I'm wrong.dsheinem wrote:Why do you say that?Ivo wrote:Dude, it is a spammer.dsheinem wrote: I know this may seem like a long shot, but could you please search before posting?

They probably quit the Megaman Legends 3 project because the head hancho that was recently fired or quit or w/e they said was the father of the original Megaman is no longer around. So don't be surprised if no more Megaman related games will come.

Re: Megaman legends 3 Cancelled
If they sell they will come. Though honestly, the series hasn't had ANY kind of promotion since the SNES days, so I don't understand what Capcom expected from the series sales. In Europe it's even a fucking pain to find the games. Non specialist retailers never carry Megaman games here :S :S :SAdamGomez1987 wrote:They probably quit the Megaman Legends 3 project because the head hancho that was recently fired or quit or w/e they said was the father of the original Megaman is no longer around.
