Still have projects to work on, but managed to make some room in the garage. Binning a Virtua Cop frees up a lot of room!

Still have stuff to do. Naomi in one of the versus took a shit, gotta troubleshoot that. Gonna conver one of the Naomi Uni's to JAMMA with the help of a 15-31Hx video encoder. Still need to get joysticks on the new Naomi Uni, it seems that a 2A6l (analog) does not fit standard mounting plates.

Cool as always man. How has the new layout been functionally? Ever get a lot of people over at once?

My arcade is out of space so its time for me to stock up on monitors and parts. When I get around to it might hit you up for some advice. today I learned a cool trick for installing Sanwa JLF-8 into American cabinets. With a JLW plate, a few tricks, and a trip to the hardware store I didn't have to alter to the control panel at all.

Not yet with the new layout, getting colder here and the garage is not heated. 4th of July is the big event when the cabs get love (other than when I haul them for cons). The layout should workout well. Before, ppl would get stuck in a corner while playing p2 side of a Versus. I also have a another woody coming (storing it for a friend heading to CA) so I need to leave a bit of room for growth.

Did you get the shaft extensions also or were you working with a metal CP? I love it when "standard" mounting bolts line up!
