[PS3] Unreal Tournament III

Post by wip3outguy7 »

PS3 version is superior with wide open (free) mod support and mouse & keyboard support. 360 version is fail.

There are at least 5 of us on Racket who own the game. Post here if you have it or are considering getting it. It is currently around $7 at Game Stop.

Hobie, sevin0sevin, mjmjr25 and myself had a pretty successful campaign session tonight. If enough people are game, I would definitely play regularly. I would love to form a team of Racket members to go up against some of the regulars on the existing servers.

It was fun. USB mouse and keyboard are supported, thus the reason I'm actually playing since I'm in the camp that feels that FPS+pad=Fail.

Yeah, that was fun - I would def. be down with being a quasi-regular (1-2 nights a week) on a racket team. Every team needs a grunt to be thrown to the wolves...i'm happy to spill my blood to expose the snipers:)

I was laughing so hard when we were in the shipyard map. I was in the tank just blasting away, racking up kills while you guys were suicide rushing the flag. You guys would run in... 10 seconds later: Hobie dies, sevin dies, mjmjr25 dies... Then I would see you guys running back around for more.

Yeah :D

Hobie says he may hit up a Goodwill for a USB hub. He has a great headset, but his keyboard and mouse take up all of the ports on his PS3. I have the official PS3 bluetooth 2nd gen headset. I have not tested it with UT3 so I'm not sure if it even works. Maybe Hobie and I can test things out later to let you guys know what works.
