I'm glad to hear something about this game. I've noticed it on Steam, but never bought it or heard anyone say anything good or bad about it. It has been in my wishlist for awhile. I'm just waiting for the next mega sale to pick it up.Xeogred wrote:Gonna tag along with brunoafh here and highly recommend Ninja Blade. While I haven't played the Otogi games (been dying to check them out though), Ninja Blade is also by From Software and I hear most of the same staff worked on these games.

Definitely check it out! That said I'd only play it with a controller of course, haha.J T wrote:I'm glad to hear something about this game. But yeah if you like Onimusha, DMC, Ninja Gaiden, etc, you'll probably like it.

I played it, but I only tried it out briefly. I have it, and it's apart of my enormous backlog lol.Ack wrote:What about the game Bujingai? Did anybody here play that? I remember being interested in it when it came out, but I never picked it up.

Re: Underrated Current Generation Games
I'd personally have to say GOW. I don't mean God of War though. I mean Gears of War. It does get some big stuff in the media, and it has a decent fanbase, but it just absolutely dies compared to any FPS now adays. There's something about the cover based shooting that's fun. I will admit, the multiplayer in the second game is kinda broken in favor of the shotgun, but it is fixed in the third game. The campaign, I believe, is great fun and a good coop game. IMO, the story is good, even if a lot of people say otherwise.
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360
WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

The only thing I have against Devil May Cry on the PS2 is the fixed camera. Otherwise, it's a fun game

I know you posted this a while ago, but I got it since then and I think it sucks. It feels unfinished and generic.J T wrote:I'm glad to hear something about this game. Well, not to be glib, but any halfway decent 3rd party title on the Wii tends to struggle
for mainstream acceptance.

I loved that game as a kid. I love that as you go on through the game you gain allies that are playable, each with unique powers. The level design is great, and the graphics are top-notch for the NES. This is one I HAVE to get back into my collection.Nintendork666 wrote: Bucky O'Hare (NES) - I'm not too familiar with the Bucky license, but this game is superb! It's like Mega Man and Contra rolled up into a green 8-bit puffball in a space suit. One of the best on the system, imho.

I am pretty sure this is the most successful exclusive console IP to have been launched this generation, not really "underrated"...The Last Horseman wrote:Gears of War
