Well, that sucks. I'll never be able to play #2 because of the ridiculous price it goes for, and apparantly I'll never be able to play #3 either.

It's unique. It's a mixture of 3D platforming from the PS1/N64 era and an action-RPG. And it plays like no other game.

Yes. MML2 is only on the ps1 as well.

Keep in mind, however, that the game was a pretty early title. The controls are odd and kind of clunky ish at first, but they work fine once you get used to them.

The game also has a lot of character in my opinion. Being able to kick a vending machine and get a free soda. Hearing what people are saying about you in their houses(in text). Helping the police station with city problems. Being good with the ladies. With that last one, it's awesome that you can find a few key items and give them as gifts to Roll. That's just sweet.

The first Legends should be played on the PS1 if you ask me. I heard the N64 version had better rounded graphics, but the PS1 version is the version that has everything in it. The N64 version has missing music tracks and shorter draw distance or something like that.

Overall though, no matter what version you decide to play, the game is going to look gorgeous, with excellent music I might call the series best, to go along with it.

Edit- Forgot to add, the game is just plain fun. I don't see how anybody can feel frustrated with the controls. From playing it back then as a kid, to beating it a second time just a few weeks ago, the game is straight up enjoyable.

I agree with you there. Voice acting might not have been the best, but every voice fit their characters almost perfectly, and I just loved that.

Which is what kind of disappoints me about Legends 2. I haven't had the chance to play it yet, but from what people said, Megaman apparently went through reverse puberty.
