Memento's the kind of movie you still wouldn't be able to understand even after 20 times if you were high every time you watched it.

Shit, I remember watching Jurassic Park III three times in as many days. Only thing I could remember was it had dinosaurs in it, and this guy saying: "Give the phone to mummy". For some reason that part got stuck in my head...

Millennium Actress: I.....I'm really gonna miss Satoshi Kon

I really liked the 'play within a play' format for the whole movie and I especially enjoyed watching her roles interconnect with her actual life story. It allowed the film to shift between different engaging time periods and art visuals without seeming too disjointed.

Wicked...

"Mummy" of course being the only competent/smart person in the entire film. One faint dino roar through the phone and she had the f*&%$#! Air Force AND Navy there in 5 minutes to go save their sorry asses. It's kind of sad when the most helpful person in the whole film isn't even involved in any of the action.

Oh sure, it is worth a watch, but I was just chiming in that I didn't like it. It's not awful, I just wouldn't watch it again. That said, it's probably better than what Tim Burton had planned doing, and nic cage as Supes is just laughable.

You should defiantly watch III and IV just for the cheesiness. Returns, I liked it because it wasn't the average superman film but thats me :/

Enter The Void is a hate it or love it film and I liked it. I could understand why other people might not and I respect your opinion.

This is such an interesting film because it felt like a Spielberg film but just way darker.

It was an okay movie, had its good points. Some of the dialogue was just plain shithouse though:

-"That ring, you were in the Airborne division?"
-"That was a long time ago..." [dramatic turn of head]

But John Travolta was pretty good in it, he played a manic pretty well. Haven't seen him in such a good role since Pulp Fiction.
Another thing that annoyed me was some of the 'stylistic' video shots were it that kind of jumped around and slowed down at the same time. I think it looked like shit and it hurt my eyes. It wasn't over used though, just whenever there was a shot of a helicopter for some reason

Other than that an okayish film, watch it if you have absolutely nothing else to watch.
