Unfortunately, as long as Sony owns the movie rights to Spider-man that isn't going to happen.

Believe me, I'd love to see that, but I gave up on it a while ago.

To to the topic, I haven't watched the trailer and I'm not going to. I admit its nasty of me, but I'm pretty much taking a "fuck this movie" stance right off the bat.

It doesn't look bad, except where's the super-villain? And I still don't understand the costume changes, but that's something I can live with if the movie is actually good.
