I thought about starting over too. Pretty sure I could get back to where I am now with probably 30+ lifes and all 5 continues. I'm just gonna keep rolling with it... I have 5 lifes and 4 continues at 70% complete.

I was really enjoying the game till the 2nd level of Mamas crater...I had to die on that board a minimum of 200 times. The grapple swinging doesn't seem to work out for me.
And I finally beat the mama space hog today.... It was another death fest to learn all the scripts.

Currently at 85% complete at "Eat at Joe's".

Anyone else still playing? Anyone go into a rage, break something then quit playing?

Joe's is pretty tough. Especially that last water part.

Just received the game yesterday and tried it out. The game is so much harder than it looks. Some crouching tiger, hidden dragon stuff here.

Well I just finished Rayman today. Overall this is a really good game. I can't say I agree with some people saying it is a collect-a-thon. Pretty much the definition of a puzzle platformer. Finding all the cages is the puzzle element, and usually they are all fairly easy to find, except 1 or 2 in each zone.
Last boss was kinda weak and uneventful. there is only a brief encounter with Mr. Dark and a mixture of boss figures from the game....The last being a mosquito. :(

Favorite Level--Space Mama's Crater, Loved the 3rd level in there and the boss fight after it.
Hated Level-----Eat at Joe's, Hated the firefly zone. (in the cave with limited visibility)

Skops was by far the funnest boss fight. (huge crab near the end)

Bit of a downer isn't it? Mr. Dark just runs off never to be seen again. :|

There's talk that he'll be showing up in Origins.

Nothing confirmed, but its interesting just the same.
