That should be solvable with 5 minutes and a screwdriver, shouldn't it?
Even if it was too far down to reach, unless you live in an apartment, you should be able to tear out some wall and find it, right?
I don't want to tear down my wall.

It's easy! You don't have to tear out the whole thing, just a small square where you think the game would be. Then, once you have the game, cover the hole with a piece of plywood. Paint it the same color as your wall if you don't like ugly, or even put a piece of furniture in front of it.

Come on guys, patching a wall properly is not that difficult.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

The only game I that ever lost was a PS1 game called "Nightmare Creatures" I never knew what happened to it, it just randomly disappeared, the only thing that surfaced was the manual.
I lost the disc to Breath of Fire III somehow. I don't know why, the case was sitting amongst my collection of PS1 games. One day I decided I wanted to play it, opened it up, and discovered it was gone. I searched everywhere for it, off and on, for the rest of the year. I never did find it.
I also once heard a horror story about someone going down to a rented vacation house in Florida and leaving copies of Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, and Secret of Mana behind in a cupboard. The thought of that story alone hurts me.
As for me, I lost a shoebox that had Sonic & Knuckles for Genesis, as well as Rambo II and Golden Axe Battler for Master System. It's in my Mom's house somewhere, but she's one of those "hoarders" you see stuff about on TV, with yard sale crap piled to the ceiling in every room. I'll never find it in there.
