You know you're elite when you like to play historically important space trading sims.

You upload the custom level of Nights from your Gamecube with network adapter to your GBA using PSO.

The Gamecube game in mention is Phantasy Star Online. Sorry I wrote that confusing. You could download a custom GBA level of Nights onto a Gamecube for storage and then transfer it over the GBA link cable into the GBA's ram. The moment the GBA turned off the Nights level was gone. Can't remember what you had to do in the game to get the download, it wasn't hard. hard part was having a gamecube network adapter, GBA, link cable, and knowing about it. Elite!!!

...you get this by accident:

I got the WoW Wrath of the Lich King expansion at a midnight release and played through the night. My intentions were to start a Death Knight and level him up quickly so that I could do Northrend dungeons and raids with my guildmates. 24 hours later I had a huge lead on the rest of the realm. Admittedly this mostly due to my experience in the beta test for WotLK and my stockpile of consumables that I had amassed in order to level quickly and catch up to my guildmates. Anyway, my guild kept cheering me on and in the early AM of the sixth day I hit level 80.

The absolute best part of the whole thing was the hate messages that I got while I was leveling. People loved to tell me what a loser I was and how I should get out of my parents basement, etc. (I own my house in case you were wondering). Some people also kept badgering me constantly to see if I was the same person playing the character. They probably wanted to get me banned by Blizzard if they could prove more than one person was playing on the account.

I should mention that I did take vacation time to play the game but I had lots of vacation time to burn and I was going to lose it if I didn't. And with the exception of the first night, I did sleep each night.

If just unlocking it is elite, what does it say about the people who not only unlocked it, but also figured out how to dump it as a GBA ROM?

You are able to play X3 Terran Conflict without reading the manuals or doing the tutorials.

The most 'elite' thing I've done is beat Metal Slug 2 at Pizza Hut without dying.
