When I was young I lost my complete-in-box copy of Sonic 3D Blast. In retrospect, that game really marked the decline of the Sonic franchise. I bought Sonic the Hedgehog 3 to replace it. I consider that an upgrade really.

Yes, two.
A few years ago I wanted to play Simpson's Hit And Run again because I remembered how fun it was. I found the original box it came in (huge thing is was as well, pretty hard to lose) and in it were all the original inserts, instruction manuals etc. There even was the paper case for the disk, but no disk. I searched everywhere for the damn thing.
The other one was Worlds Scariest Police Chases for PSone. Same scenario, I found the case and the instruction manual in perfect nick but no disk. A huge search effort turned up nothing either. I actually ended up re-buying the disk for $2 off eBay that was in good condition but came in a bad case so I put the disk in the good, original case.
To this day I've never seen either original disks.

Warioland 2 :(

I lost it in a Harvester restaurant...

I also lent a family member Banjo Kazooie, and they got robbed.

(I still have the squashed box in the loft.)

But I got that and Tooie on the 360 so I'm over that.

Yes, and it's a painful one.

I have A-Train, PC version, in my shelf. It's a complete copy and thebox is in a perfect shape. The problem is...I lost the disks. Yeah, really. And I don't even know when that happened. It hurts me because of nostalgic reasons. Oh, well.

My cousing also lost a complete copy of Super Spy Hunter and the box and manual of Crackout, the later now in my shelf without the warmth of it's completeness. Sigh.

I lost my copy of Wario Land 2 a long time ago, never knew what happened to it.

I forgot about this forum for a while, I should go on more. :)

Not a game as such, by I lost my Gamecube RGB cable and Freeloader. A friend of mine borrowed them from me and definitely returned them. However I have no idea what I did with them after that. I moved twice times since then so there is no hope in hell I will ever find them.

I lost my copy of ... Panzer Dragoon Saga ...

I feel really dumb. But when I packed it away it wasn't worth $150.

Also I can't seem to find my game tool bit. I know, I know only $5, but it's here somewhere...
