Of all people! This is shocking you would own a console with DRM/DLC.
I'm surprised you don't have a Fat PS2 with HDAdvance/HDLoader.

I like all my consoles, but if I were to nominate the worse it would be the Atari 5200. Not because of the games, there are great Arcade conversions and not because of the non centering pot sticks. The stupid contacts for the Keypad and Fire Buttons. I glued foil so many times for temporary fixes. There is the gold flex circuit inlay upgrade online, but instead I picked up a couple of Wicos that have a slide latch on the bottom to select centering on or off. The non self centering is an advantage for games such as
Robotron and the exclusive home release
Space Dungeon.
Speaking of sticks, I also don't like the 7800 sticks. The Euro pads or Genesis pads are so much better. Gunpei Yokoi was smart to come up with the DPad in the Nintendo Game Watch series, changed the world of gaming away from the joystick.
Lastly why didn't Atari keep up by offering a simple composite connection? They were so behind from a technological standpoint of Joysticks, recycled titles and fuzzy RF output. The 5200 single wire Auto Switch is nice but its still RF. You would think by the time the 7800 got the rerelease at least a RCA composite and audio output would have been an option.
But I still like the both of the Atari consoles. The 5200 for the exclusives and the 7800 for the Arcade two player exclusives. Both with 2600 compatibility.
