How to back up my PS3 saves

So I wanna throw all my PS3 (and PS1, etc) saves onto a USB drive. Is there a quick and easy way to back that up? Cuz it looks like I have to just copy & paste each individual save, which seems like more of a pain in the balls than should be necessary.

I think that's the only way. Also keep in mind that certain saves won't copy, like Demon's Souls.
