GenplusGX for Wii: Sega Genesis emulation

Post by JF »

Hi all,

Just tried GenplusGX in my Wii. Incredible!

Using the Twilight Princesss hack it emulates Sega Genesis (including virtua racing) reading ROMs from frontal SD card with Virtual console quality. I compared Gunstar Heroes in the VC, and for me ... GenplusGX looks the same or even better.

More information here: http://www.tehskeen.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3919

Have you tried?

Regards

JF

Sweet! Is it pretty well polished? nice menus, etc?
If you want to do a mini review of it, I could post it on the front page...

Hi,

Twilight Princess hack allows you to run homebrew in your Wii using a SD card. The idea is to load a hacked saved TP file in the original game. When you load it, the Wii tries to load and execute a boot.elf file in the SD card.

It would be excellent to write a review...in fact, I will, but unfortunately english is my second language so I don't think I can write a grammatically correct review for the front page :(

Best regards

Your English seems pretty good to me and I'd be glad to edit it for you. I usually edit everything myself anyway :)

Yes! A review on this would be great! This is the first time I've heard of this, and I would like to know if tech-deficient people like myself can pull it off.
