Pcenginefx has a chat box at the top of the index for members and there is always an active and interesting chat going on. That's a lot for a forum dedicated to 1 semi obscure console.

People need to idle in chat, and glance at it every once in a while, instead of joining and leaving all the time. That way you can have conversations over longer periods of time, which will be seen by more people and gather more interest.
