Different racketboy chat

Post by jonlimle »

I hang out in the gamesurge irc chat, but it is sadly almost empty, and the IRC chat listed on the control bar thingy up top also is always dead, i was just gonna recommend possibly using tinychat for chat has typing chat, and video chat, it is what nintendoage uses and is pretty popular on there 15-20 people normally, so anyways if you think it would be a good idea <3

yep, have idled in there for about a month, still only about 1 hour out of the day that anyone is active, normally just 4 people (myself included) idling

So your big idea is to create another, don't see the logic at all.

Most people on RB tend to talk to one another on Steam.

heh, the idea was a different approach, don't get me wrong, i love IRC, i hang out in about 75 channels on 10 servers 24/7, but just figured possibly more people would like to have a chat vocally instead of typing, and i am sure there are a lot of people who don't use steam, i personally dislike all gaming on the PC, and would never pay for strictly digital items without physical media

blah blah blah is what I just heard.

It's true the IRC doesn't get much use, but it does get SOME use. You just have to be on there at the right times. Creating another chat that will be empty makes very little sense, if any at all.

If RB chat was vocal, I would never go on it. Guaranteed.
