Pros:
-Once you actually have the blaster, it works well on airborn enemies.
-Upgrades do help, when you actually find them.
-Graphics are actually pretty good, for the most part.
-Controls are basic, but work.

Cons:
-No recovery time when hit by an enemy, so half of your health can be taken away instantly.
-Can only shoot left or right and cant crouch, making it impossible to hit enemies close to the ground forcing you to jump over them, just to get hit by the flying enemies.
-Enemies randomly spawn. You can run and jump towards a platform and three enemies spawn while you are in mid air and kill you. So annoying.
-Most power ups only last thirty seconds at the most, making them basically useless.
-Enemies are also really dumb. During the first level alone, I saw over ten worms (yeah, worms are enemies) crawl right off platforms and die.
-Character feels too "loose". Its hard to jump accurately and even harder to dodge enemies.
-The music doesn't sound too awful, but its constantly looping which made me mute it and crank up some Tool.
-The game has no story, which is the most important part of a game for me. Im not sure if the story was explained in the manual or what, but they should have a bit in the game as well explaining it.
-Game doesnt save or have a password system so after you use all your lives, you're back at the title screen.
Overall, this game isn't the worst thing I have ever played, but it's more of a hassle than it is fun. I'd only check it out if you're curious, but play it on an emulator unless you can find it cheap, no need to waste money.
I give this game a 4/10
