Where was all this rage when you guys didn't get Terranigma?

There were a lot fewer people on-line back then, and there was no YouTube for sharing awesome videos of games we can't have. Also the market for Japanese console RPGs in the U.S. was much smaller at the time.

As for me, I was aware of it, but at the time I was thinking "sweet, I can play it on my Game Doctor!" A little fiddling with SNEStool to defeat the region lockout and BAM! If these games aren't released here, I might end up something similar.
