Talking Classics Adult Swim update

Post by NathanBarnatt »

So I figured I'd update you guys on the status of Talking Classics. If anyone is interested.

Since we stopped working with Comedy Central last year we decided to take it to AS to see what they thought. (PS I say "they" to disclose any names) We also would have preffered to work with them over CC but CC reached out to us early on. Anyway we pitched a more indepth version of Talking Classics to them the other day and the reaction was really good. They really liked Keith and how I play him and the live "Borat" style moments. So now we are working on a new concept for Keith. It's not the web TC but I feel there is only so much I can do with that format and it has been done to death by the office and parks and rec. But Keith is still the same video game obssesed fool that he has always been. Regardless we'll have to see if anything even comes of this.

I usually dont like talking about things until there is actually something to talk about but since RacketBoy was the first place I posted TC I thought I'd keep this between us.

From what I've seen of Talking Classics, Adult Swim seems like a perfect place to present it.

Best of luck, can't wait to see what new things are to come!

Congratulations on making it this far! I hope you make it all the way.

Too bad this will probably never be shown on Canadian TV though. Maybe there will be DVDs or the episodes will be availible online as well?
