These are PlayStation 2 games we're talking about. I.E. that one slightly old game system that is still being manufactured and supported by indy hardware company Sony and niche retail outlets like Wal-Mart. The vast majority of all PS2 games are still available new and sealed from about a billion retailers. The amount of dedication involved might require searching eBay for the odd title that is not available on Amazon. That's nice than he and you think his collection is awesome. And it is kinda cool, if I am being honest. But it's not a collecting accomplishment, it's a money-to-burn accomplishment. It's not that I think he is a bad person somehow for doing this, but I'm not going to be impressed by his discipline or something.BoringSupreez wrote:It takes more than time and money. You have to have the dedication too. Not every game is easy to find sealed, in the original black label edition. Some games take hours of searching fruitlessly to find. A collection like that takes a lot of dedication.brunoafh wrote:Anyone on the planet could pull it off with enough time and money. There's nothing impressive about it.BoringSupreez wrote:There are plenty of used PS2 games ready to play already. I see nothing wrong with 1 person having them all sealed if he wants to, in fact, I think it's cool that he managed to pull it off.
I do not think there is a single sealed PS2 game that will take you an hour to find on the internet. Not one.
