I'm having a bit of trouble finding a good new avatar. Everything I want to use, somebody already has something like that in use. And I don't want to be a duplicate, so I might have to sit this out after all.

Well, screw the not wanting to be a duplicate, I guess. I decided I wanted a new avatar, and realized that if I wanted something that I would like enough to hold on to for another 2 years or whatever, I would just have to not be super unique. Anyway, my theme is green characters, so either Captain Quark or Nergal from Billy and Mandy (green teeth and eyes, even if his body is black) will probably be my next avatar whenever I switch again. I don't think I'll be switching back to CDi Link, so those of you who hated that avatar (and I know there are several of you) can rest easy.

Also, after spending an hour, editing multiple pictures, trying to decide which picture to use, I can safely say that I am sick of MS Paint. You'd think that after 16 or however many years ago it was that MS Paint was made, that MS would have bothered to update it so that it was more useful. But no, today's version doesn't have too many features that the Windows 95 version didn't.

So I'm playing Beat Hazard and was going through the included songs for the achievement you get after getting 1 million or more on all of the built in tracks. Holy shit Tetsudo is a fucking terrible band. Cliche lyrics that would embarrass a 14 year old, terrible singing, boring music. Glad I got those 2 songs out of the way.

But after 2 years of the same avatar, even if it's one you really liked originally, you start to think of others you'd really like to use instead. You've only been a member for just short of a year, so there's plenty of time for you to change your mind.
