Games the ESRB/PEGI/CERO etc. rated wrong

I think Fatal Frame was rated incorrectly, I still can't believe it's only a T, and Driver 3 probably could have gotten away with a T.

Forcing Rockstar to pull San Andreas from the shelves and have it rated AO -- when the "hot coffee" thing they were all so upset about could only be accessed via modification, not in the game proper.

The game didn't warrant that rating, IMO.

Yeah, especially when you consider those who would be concerned about the Hot Coffee Mod (I.e, parents) would most likely not be able to access it anyways.

I wish Rockstar would let one its games be rated AO. If anyone can pull it off it's them, and it could open the floodgates for other companies to follow suit.

The problem isnt getting the rating, its getting stores to sell them (wal-mart, Target, etc..)

The difference between them is only one year, so I kinda don't see the point other than publicity.

When I found out the ESRB had rated Little King's Story as a 'Teen' rating I had to laugh. In the UK it's rated 7+

That's my point. Rockstar is able to make a big enough splash that even the Wal-Mart wouldn't want to not stock their product. But anyway, they'll never do that.

The ESRB rated all versions of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion an M after they found out that you could mod the game to have topless women. Even though you could only use that mod in the PC version. That's just stupid on so many levels.

God Hand, the game is rated M for Blood And Gore, Violence and Suggestive Themes. There's no blood and/or gore in the whole game.

Syphon Filter is rated T and the game is bloody and brutal.

Also, the MegaTen and Halo games always have stupid ratings.
