Am I missing anything in my PS2 collection?

Post by CDink »

I have basically gathered what I think are all the PS2 games I really need. By that I mean actively search for. Guys care to chime in on that?

EDIT: Also, I'm aware I'm missing the first Xenosaga, I'm in an email about the quality of a cheap one on Amazon.

So...not a fan of survival horror? I only noticed Resident Evil 4 on there.

As for RPGs, you're missing titles like The Nightmare of Druaga, Ephemeral Fantasia, Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits and End of Darkness, Makai Kingdom, Okage, Tales of the Abyss, etc. It's up to you to determine if those are worth checking out however.

given the magnitude of the PS2 library and the uncertainty about your own tastes, this is a tough question. Have you poured over best of lists/idden gems lists on this site and others?

Gradius V and Virta Fighter 4 Evolution are pretty close to musts (if you're into shmups and fighters), but the rest hardly are.
