How do you mean? It saved that I changed to English. Only needed to set it once.
to configure run "typex_config.exe" i only pressed N for every option, and just enter to remap
Config stuff, as some of the comments on the other site mentioned, buttons 3 and 6 seem to be unused. 1 is light punch, 2 is heavy punch, 4 is light kick, 5 heavy kick.

Sweet! Thanks for this. I don't like to pirate stuff, but I really wish they would release these games for PC more often.

And as a heads up, the PC version of Blazblue Calamity trigger is on sale right now at www.gamesforwindows.com for $17.49.

if you do in the dip switches you can have it let you choose ABCD or SF layouts when you press start to play.

This arcade machine runs on XP, it is not emulated but unencrypted.
I think you need XP and these specs or better.
Win 7, Athlon 64 3200, Nvidia 8600gt, 1GB...game play is solid, some stuttering on loading. Input lag is present, but from what I hear that is par for the course. You get what you pay for.

Has anyone noticed unbearable lag w/ 360 controllers? I used USB->Saturn and PS3 sticks (with Xpadder) and it seemed to have faster response over the 360 SF fight pads...could just be me. It was a slightly different setup.

Regardless, I'm jazzed to get a "preview" copy of this title. This badboy will get the 360-in-a-Megalo treatment when it get released.

There's an option in Configuration > System Settings called "Reduce Command Input Delay", I've heard some people have had less input lag once that is enabled. You can get to the service menu with the 7 key by default (if you change the controls, I think it's the "test" button). But that might not be it's intended purpose according to some:

http://www.mmcafe.com/cgi-bin/forums/bb ... html#54985
To elaborate a bit more on the previously mentioned input timeframes, technically, it's not really meant to be a setting that increases input time although that turns out to be the result. It's more of a byproduct for a setting that deals with issues on the Vewlix, the Taito Type X family's official arcade cabinet. For anyone interested, here's an explanation.

Taito currently offers three products in its Vewlix lineup, two of which is mainstream.
Red Cabinet (Vewlix F)- The standard cabinet. Costs around 500,000 yen per unit.
Blue Cabinet (Vewlix L)- The cheap cabinet. Costs around 320,000 yen per unit.

The Blue cabinet is affordable for arcade operators, but hardcore players tend to despise it. One of the reasons behind the huge price difference is that it uses a cheaper LCD about 2 frames slower on average.

For KOF13, SNKP coped with the latency differences between the two Vewlix cabinets by providing an option that purposely adds two frames of latency into the game (apparently just input latency) so that playing on the red cabinet would feel about the same response speed as on the blue cabinet. It should be on as the default shipment setting.

When the option is turned off, the simulatated latency gets cut off. But the thing is, the input timeframe shortens as well. So for instance, a command that has a window of 4 frames would shorten to 2 frames.
Beyond that, there's claims that running it windowed (Alt+Enter) also helps. If you do run it fullscreen, you should force Vsync off to reduce any lag introduced by that.

Probably has a lot to do with it not actually being available yet outside of Japanese arcades.

I'm pretty sure the leaked KOF13 does not run correctly regardless of your PC's power. I work at an arcade. The timer in the leaked version appears to be changing slower than it does on the arcade board. It's so much easier to play the game on the arcade board running at full speed than it is on my 6 core, 8gb, gtx470 PC. Check the timer in the leaked version footage and compare it to arcade board footage.

I think it's copy protection.
