Alright, I edited my OP again because I realized that I do not have some of the games on that list in my possession in Chicago, they are in Ohio, so I took of Kingdom Hearts and Conker and added Fable III and Super Metroid

Does anyone else's hands hurt after playing Mega Man X games? I'd love to keep playing X4, but I'm not sure my poor right thumb can manage it.

Another day, another update.

Banjo Kazooie is going well. I was feeling a bit off with the game because I found some of the jiggies in Freezeezy Peak and Gobi's Desert a bit cheap, and because i was getting annoyed with the 'die and lose your notes' aspect of the game. However, I got stuck in again today and quite enjoyed finishing off Gobi's Desert and completing all of Mad Monster Mansion. I intend to go for the beat tomorrow, although if Rusty Bucket Bay is as bad as I've heard, I may change my mind

Blazing Lasers I'm getting fed up with because I consistently die at the same point. My shield runs out during the boss fights against the robot heart and the tank in level 9's boss rush, weakening my weapon back to default in the process. Then my weapon sucks too much and I die on the swarms of enemies that assault you right after those too. And wheres the respawn point - right at the same damn swarm of enemies. It's almost impossible to survive them with the single shot laser - it goes straight aheads, and you're being assaulted by 30+ enemies mostly coming at your from behind and to the sides - I can't get through. Urgh. I have discovered I have a preference for weapon 2 now though - it's far more powerful than I realised. It really makes the heart boss a lot easier, which was my trouble spot before, but unfortunately, it makes the tank that follows a little harder :(

Final Fantasy 9 has remained unplayed for a week or so. Really need to get back into it, but I'm determined to finish off Banjo first.

tried to beat MMX4 again tonight, but once I was up to Sigma realized I hadn't refilled my e-tanks. Sigh.

Wanted to try something else. Threw in Myst for about 10 mins. I think I'm going to hate it. Great.

Threw in MGS. Amazing. Wow. Only on the second level, but WHY did I never play a non-8bit Metal Gear game??? I'm an idiot. This is great.

Played some more Resident Evil today. Apparently Jill can play the piano, which was pretty cool. Besides getting a gold emblem (which I have no idea what to do with it ) and finding a 2nd safe room, that's about all I've done recently. I'm actually doing one of those Let's Plays of Resident Evil. Thought it would be pretty fun and filming myself playing has made me want to play more. So maybe I can finally get through this game. If any of you guys are interested, links in the sig. Splinter Cell and Resistance haven't been touched since I started RE but I plan to change that soon. Then hopefully I can resume FF9 after about a year of not playing.

I've been making some progress in Final Fantasy II from the Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls GBA compilation in the past few days. I was playing it in the work van while I was between jobs at work, but I've been off for the past week so I haven't really played it as much. I'm currently in Mysidia looking for the Ultima Tome, and so far this game is much better than the first in the series. The leveling system is a bit odd, but it all works out once you get the hang of it.

I'm guessing that I'm close to the end right now, but I could be wrong. I'm going to move on to Final Fantasy III on the DS once I'm done with this one.

Beyond Shadowgate-After playing this harp like thing at stone hedge this fairy pops up and blabbers away. Now I have to make my way back to the towns backtracking is my favorite part of games especially when the character cant run.
Get to where I need to be and have been wandering around aimlessly for hrs,now Im wondering how much wandering around I can do before I make a decision to scrap this one.

FYI-this game is full of dead ends, overlooking key items, confusing directions, lots of backtracking, but there are a lot of other good things going for Shadowgate specially for Adventure fans. But maybe not so much for me.
