I just soft-modded my Xbox and was exploring the emulators available for it. So far, SNES and GBA emulators works great!
But I'm having trouble with the N64 one, which was what I was most excited about. Surreal64 CE looked like it has the most compatibility (by far), so that's what I decided on. I just can't get it to load up (stays on the splash screen (UleashedX in my case).
I feel like I've tried everything. Re-installed it, nothing. Deleted a couple suggested files (referred on the site FAQ), still nothing (it re-makes them after I try to run it).

I did notice that there was no "ini" file, so I even created one and threw all the "....".ini files in there; still no go.
If anyone knows what else I can try, I'd love to hear it (please/thank you
).Otherwise I may go with a lesser emulator, but I really don't want to.
--EDIT-- I just tried a couple older versions of Surreal64 and they seem to work well enough. So I'll use those for now (or indefinitely).
I have no idea why the current build doesn't work for me..., but hey, I've got N64 on my Xbox one way or another.
