Anyone else starting to feel that Alberto Del Rio is overrated? I'm looking at the killer mic work by guys like CM Punk and R Truth lately and ADR doesn't seem to even be in their league. Those guys are main event material, Del Rio is really starting to look like an upper midcarder to me. Even Cody Rhodes looks like more of a badass heel to me than ADR right now

Del Rio's promos are putting me to sleep. Destiny this, destiny that, blah, blah, blah, who cares. R Truth keeps surprising us week after week and CM Punk has been awesome of late. Just seeing him on Raw tonight and last night's pap per view has been reason enough for me to sit my ass down and pay attention to whatever Punk is doing in the future.

One of the things I dislike about Del Rio is that the man just doesn't have intensity. He needs to stop with the goofy smile all the time and the "My name is.....you already knew that" thing is as lame as Mr Kennedy's saying his name really loud gimmick. You see how serious Punk was with his promo on Raw tonight or how genuinely pissed Mark Henry came off tonight, that's what I need to see from Del Rio, not pretty cars, ring announcers and goofy smiles. Stop telling me that getting the title is your destiny and tell me how you're going to TAKE the title and MAKE that your destiny. Do you see how angry and pissed Miz is on a regular basis? The crazy look in his eye when someone says something that offends him? The bad ass strut and game face he had on when he came down to the ring at Wrestlemania? Del Rio doesn't have that. He shows intensity occasionally, but it just isn't the same. I don't buy it like I do with other heels I've mentioned. I can't take ADR seriously

I know Vince wants to appeal to a certain demographic with Del Rio and Sin Cara, but they've been pretty boring and Mysterio has pretty much always been boring.

..and Jerry Lawler needs to get off the stupid Vicki fat jokes. She's looking better and slimmer every week and he seems to be the only guy on the planet who doesn't see it. Step out of bizzaro world Lawler and join us here in reality

the only match i enjoyed last night was CM Punk against Rey and Alberto. everything else was bleh. i wish they could just go back to their regular program instead of this gimmicks stuff and next monday is not helping....then again this is "Entertaiment" sigh..

But isn't it bad when everyone on the roster is angry all the time? "Why are these two in the ring: CUZ THEY HATIN' ON EACH OTHER" can get overused. Having an old-school over-the-top showboat who slows things down (JBL/Ted DiBiase) adds a nice touch of diversity.

That's a good point, but when you've been bragging about your destiny to become world champion and repeatedly losing your title shots, I expect you to finally get a little angry or a little more serious or I can't take you seriously. He still comes out with the goofy smile and still expects me to believe that its his destiny to become champ. To quote the Miz, "Really? Reeeeaally?". If I were a babyface wrestler or even a heel with a mic I could so easily tear Del Rio down and he wouldn't be able to say a single thing in his defense.

"Destiny Del Rio, really? Your destiny is starting to look as likely as the Rapture at this point....except more people actually CARED about the rapture than they did your destiny. Why don't you get out of my ring and go find yourself another lapdog ring announcer to come out here and overhype you every week. I've actually got some grown up business to take care of with the World Champion"

I get that it's not his fault that he isn't champ, but he needs to at least make his mic work more interesting. His shtick is getting old. Nobody is buying the destiny crap anymore and right now he is looking like a midcard JBL who isn't white. I predict it won't be long before he starts jobbing out on a regular basis as guys like Punk, Truth and maybe even Christian start getting the spotlight, probably all going over him in the ring in the process. I know he just got a big win over Show, but show carried that whole storyline. ADR has been his usual boring self and I don't think he's cutting it as a main event guy. Remember all the hype and build up over MVP and he went nowhere. Well, here's your modern day MVP

I just can't believe how he broke kayfabe and just basically dropped a promo for the insider wrestling fans out there. I mean he name dropped Colt Cabana, John Laurinaitis, Ring of Honor, and spoke out about Cena not being the best in the company and kissing Vince's ass(which Cena actually does do)just to name a name a few of the awesome things that came out of his mouth tonight.

I honestly wouldn't be shocked if turning off the mic while he was talking wasn't actually all part of the show. I mean he was saying stuff that just seems like stuff a guy in the WWE is NOT supposed to say. My jaw was on the floor. What's interesting to me is that I have heard people say Punk is a guy who does what he wants and doesn't really care about consequences, which makes his promo that much more awesome
