I have a Fairchild Channel F from 1976. The first system with ROM based cartridges. It's not too bad actually. Slightly better than a pong machine, a little worse than the early Atari cartridges. Controllers are one of a kind.

I'd like to fill in my collection of 2nd generation video game consoles. I have everything but the Bally Astrocade and Arcadia 2001.

Combat as well. Surprised that this is the most popular one so far.

Ahem.

AS far as the one I've owned the longest, it is an Atari 2600 game called Astroblast. I've owned it since I was 4 and I didn't have an Atari at the time.

That's freaking awesome! The only way to top that is to own an actual working PDP-1 computer (half a room sized computer from the 60s) with a copy of the original Space War! on it.

Thanks! Thats the crown jewel of my collection. The only way it could be more epic is if I got Ralph Baer to sign it. I was actually set to bring it a few places where Ralph was supposed to be only to find out that it was a video conference....

Nope, I heard he was still kicking as of March when I saw him on a video conference at Midwest Gaming Classic. I would still love to meet him.
