I keep away from the vendors inside or under the pavilion. Today I found some old dude who had $5 on all his N64 and PS1 games, $2 on all SNES and Gen, and 10 on all current gen games. He wasn't in it for the money he was just clearing stuff out for his family he said.
I keep forgetting that you live around here. One of my coworkers owns the game store on Canton rd by 619. I never went there because I have a feeling he charges an arm and a leg - he also sells at the flea market in the pavilion.

I got a look at my BIL's games he was putting out for a garage sale a week early. Picked up the whole lot:

Final Fantasy I w/ manual - NES
Tecmo Superbowl - NES
Tetris - NES
Yoshi - NES

These are all complete Like New:

World Series Baseball 2k2 - DC
Virtua Tennis (GH) - DC
NFL 2k1 (GH) - DC

Bomberman Online - DC
Looney Tunes Space Race - DC
Skies of Arcadia - DC (said the 2nd disc worked intermittenly, he has another copy)
Phantasy Star Online - DC
Time Stalkers - DC
Stupid Invaders - DC
Evolution - DC
Evolution 2 - DC

I offered him $20 for the whole thing prior to looking through all the DC games as I knew I was after the lot. Was pleasantly surprised to finally get a Skies of Arcadia. Only the sports games are dupes.

i have been to that store a few times. yeah, the prices can be a tad bit ridiculous. but it is a pretty cool store. as far as stock available, i would say it is better than game surge.
if you took a shit, please put it back

I may have to check it out but I stay away since it's owned by a fellow teacher he hires former students...

Not a great deal but I snagged a copy of Knuckles Chaotix for a ten spot.
Galerians and MK Deception for 5 so I cannot cry about it.

Picked up Virtual-On Cyber Troopers for PC today at a grand total of $3.

After a bit of research and playing the game first hand (works on all version of Windows since 95 flawlessly) I believe what everyone says about it being an arcade perfect port with the addition of LAN multiplayer and 640x480 resolution which is double the arcade's. The game was printed in a limited edition run which came on 24k gold CD-ROMS; this of course lead to very few actually being made thanks to the costs associated so I'm feeling really good about finding a copy.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

Picked all this up gradually while travilling around France for three weeks:

Image

All together these DC games cost me 8 Euros. They're all in working condition and all complete except for Blue Stinger which didn't come with a manual. It should also be noted that the Tomb Raider game is completely in French, I don't speak French so whoops.

Image

This set set me back 15 Euros. All the games work and come in protective plastic cases. All the manuals are there except for Super Space Invaders.
The Game Gear its self needs the infamous capacitor fix which I'm more than willing to try.

Image

Cost me 1 Euro and works perfectly.

Image

Both cost 1 Euro each and work fine except they're both in French :?

Image

Cost 10 Euros and works excellently.

Image

Was 5 Euros and loads really slowly. Works eventually though.

This cost 5 Euros and was bought brand new in a supermarket.

boxed Atari VCS with 2 paddles, 1 joystick, Combat, Space Invaders, Pac-Man (all with manuals), several Atari catalogs and a CIB copy of Soul Calibur for Dreamcast = $2.

Blue Stinger is great but it haves some gigantic flaws (The voice acting is probably the worst I've ever heard and I've played Martian Gothic, Deep Fear, Enchanted Arms, etc.).

As for Tomb Raider... the games aren't exactly dialogue heavy so you could easily rewatch the cutscenes in YouTube and the item descriptions can be lifted from a FAQ/Walkthrough.

Okay I went to a pawnshop this weekend over in northern indiana. I bought a few games and I was talking to the owner who stated he had box full of atari games and 2 systems (which he states do not work). And he said he would take 50 bucks for it. The catch is, is that he has to go and dig the box out and find it. He said the only way he would do it is if Id give him 50 bucks if not he wasnt gonna sell it. So basically he has these games stashed away and the only way he is gonna get them out is if i buy them. So I have no idea if any of it works or how many games or exactly what is in the box. I figured I could offer him 40 and he would take it....I am just in a rock in a hard place because I do not want to buy 40 or 50 bux worth of nothingness...but then again it could be a gold mind?!! He said I have a "TON" of games for it....

IDK WHAT TO DO!! I dont own any atari stuff and idk where to begin
