I thought this game this was rare. I got it for $2.00, disc only.

A game can be cheap and rare, that just means that there isn't a lot of demand for it. A similar thing happened to me, I found Go! Go! Hypergrind for 3 dollars, but I am unsure of it's rarity although it seems to be uncommon at least. I also got Dual Hearts for 3 dollars, that game seems to be hard to find. There are a lot of games that aren't really rare that go for high prices, so it's all about supply and demand.
