Its amazing how much these go for on ebay. I'd imagine that game on ebay would have been 70-80.bmoc wrote:
Suikoden II loose with manual - $53.49 shipped
Snagged it off an Amazon seller earlier this week. Been after this one a long, long time. Just have to get a replacement case and print out the rear artwork.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
You'd be very lucky to get Suikoden II CIB for less than $100. $53 isn't such a bad deal for disc and manual only I suppose.

Not the best deal but good if you don't mind the missing artwork. What condition was the disc and manual?

Total Price?
FREE
I got this all from a friend of mine who is getting rid of all his older systems since he doesn't play them or emulates what he wants to. Lots of things I've never had that'll be fun to play around with (Taiko Drum Master Drum, Eye Toy, GCN Screen, Dreamcast Gameshark, Gameboy Pocket). I was also surprised that he had a Sonic 3 that was complete in one of the cardboard boxes they used near the end of the genesis' life cycle. The Sears Tele-games 2600 is pretty sweet as well, not sure if I'll stick to my Darth Vader model for playing, or switch to this beast. The Genesis model 2 will be replacing one of my Genesis' in hopes of finding a Sega CD model 2 and 32x to go along with it. Lots of Genesis gems I didn't have were included as well. Most of the PS1 stuff will be going in my collection as I (stupidly) got rid of the cases when I was younger. Since I had some of this stuff to begin with, the duplicates will be given away to my local retro gamers. I definitely owe my friend one! So much awesome stuff. I'd say its time for some gaming!

Wow - that's a real good one.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
I have bad luck with yard sales. I've gone every weekend for the past month and have yet to see any retro games whatsoever. Apparently today, somebody bought 7 SNES games ten minutes before I showed up. And I found an empty cardboard box someone beat me to with the label "Game Gear - $1"
To make myself feel better, I went to the store and bought a grungy copy of Gradius III for $2
It'll be less grungy once I clean it up, no real damage on it.
