I use to keep hotsauce in my car for this reason, hell in college I carried it with me on my backpack.

Truth: During college I always had a bottle of Tabasco and Pepto in my backpack. To you living in the South, face it, Texas Pete is vinegar with a very cute drop of hot.

Its funny, I take hotsauce hot, and jalapeno/chipotle hot like its nothing, but curry gets me every time (in more ways than one)

Two of the best. One for hispanic cuisine, one for asian.

I've lived in Texas my entire life, and I have never heard of "Texas Pete."

The only topping I really need is basil.

I was waiting for a pizza topic for my first post.

Probably because it is made in North Carolina.

People love it 'round these parts. To me there is no real heat to it, just salty colored vinegar.

A brick oven baked margherita pizza is a beautiful thing.

Put some bacon, artichoke hearts, and feta on that and you have a real winner.
